Hela, Copic markers on bristol, 9x12", 2009.
As promised here is the finished piece of Hela. I tried to represent her giant stature by elongating her a bit more than a normal person. I was going for a real alien look, long and thin. Took me a while to get into the classic Walt Simonson take on some of the Asgards, but they are a lot of fun to draw. The designs are so over the top, just what comics are supposed to be like.
One more commission and then it is on to sequentials. Keep checking back.

This is excellent because I like the evil villains and this one is the appropriate to show us that, I think this is something sarcastic because I think she's an evil goddess.
